Terms of Service

1. User Responsibility

Customers using services provided by Angara Host are responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, terms, and operational guidelines associated with the service they purchase. By creating an account or purchasing any service, the user confirms that they have read and accepted all Terms and Conditions published by Angara Host.

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the selected service meets their technical requirements before completing a purchase. Angara Host provides detailed service specifications for each product, and users must review these specifications carefully to confirm compatibility with their intended use.

Users are responsible for properly configuring and managing their hosting environment, including installing software, maintaining server security, and ensuring the stability of applications running on their services. Angara Host cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect configurations, incompatible software, or improper system management performed by the user.

Customers must ensure that all activities conducted through their account comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internet usage standards. Any illegal activities conducted through Angara Host infrastructure will be considered the responsibility of the account holder.

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. This includes usernames, passwords, control panel access credentials, API tokens, and any other authentication data associated with their services.

If unauthorized access occurs due to weak passwords, phishing attempts, or sharing credentials with third parties, Angara Host will not be responsible for any resulting damage, service misuse, or data loss.

Customers must regularly monitor the activity occurring on their servers or hosting accounts. Any suspicious activity, security vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access attempts should be reported immediately to the Angara Host support team.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. While Angara Host may provide infrastructure stability and server uptime, we do not guarantee automatic backups for all services. Customers should maintain independent backups of important data in order to prevent data loss.

The user is responsible for ensuring that their services do not consume excessive resources that negatively impact the stability of shared infrastructure. Excessive CPU usage, memory abuse, storage misuse, or network abuse may lead to service limitations or suspension.

Customers must ensure that any third-party applications installed on their servers are properly licensed and legally obtained. Running unlicensed software, pirated programs, or unauthorized distributions may violate our acceptable use policies.

Users must also ensure that any individuals they grant access to their server or account follow all Angara Host policies. The account owner remains responsible for the actions of administrators, developers, staff members, or other individuals who have been granted access.

If the user fails to comply with these responsibilities, Angara Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in order to maintain the stability, security, and fairness of the hosting environment.

Users are encouraged to contact the Angara Host support team whenever they require clarification regarding service policies, infrastructure limitations, or acceptable use practices.

Angara Host reserves the right to update or revise this User Responsibility policy in order to reflect changes in operational procedures, legal requirements, or service infrastructure.

By continuing to use any Angara Host service, the user confirms that they accept full responsibility for the management, security, and legal use of their hosting services.

2. VPS Usage Guidelines

Virtual Private Servers (VPS) provided by Angara Host grant customers administrative-level access and significant control over their server environment. Because of this level of control, customers are fully responsible for all activities conducted on their VPS instances.

By purchasing or using a VPS service from Angara Host, the customer agrees to operate their server in a responsible and lawful manner. All activities performed on the server must comply with applicable laws, internet regulations, and the policies defined by Angara Host.

Customers are responsible for properly configuring their VPS environment, including installing operating systems, securing network ports, maintaining firewall settings, and ensuring the stability of installed software. Improper server configuration that causes security vulnerabilities or network disruptions may lead to service restrictions or suspension.

Administrative access such as root access or system-level privileges should be handled with extreme caution. Customers are strongly advised not to share root credentials or administrative access with unauthorized third parties.

If a user chooses to grant administrative access to developers, staff members, or other individuals, the account owner remains fully responsible for all actions performed through the server. Any violations of Angara Host policies committed by authorized users will be treated as the responsibility of the VPS owner.

Customers must ensure that their VPS is not used for activities that may harm network infrastructure or negatively affect other users. Running software that generates excessive network traffic, abnormal CPU usage, or abusive resource consumption may result in service limitations.

Activities such as network scanning, penetration testing, port scanning, or vulnerability testing against systems that are not owned by the user are strictly prohibited unless explicit written permission has been granted by Angara Host.

The use of VPS services to operate botnets, malware distribution systems, anonymizing proxy networks, spam distribution platforms, or automated attack tools is strictly forbidden. These activities threaten network stability and violate acceptable internet usage policies.

Customers must also ensure that any applications installed on the VPS are obtained legally and are used in compliance with applicable licensing agreements. Running pirated software or illegally distributed applications may result in immediate service termination.

The VPS environment must not be used for hosting services that intentionally disrupt other networks or infrastructure. Activities such as denial-of-service attacks, traffic flooding, or malicious packet generation are strictly prohibited.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their server by regularly updating operating systems, applying software patches, and monitoring server logs for suspicious activities.

Angara Host reserves the right to monitor network activity related to VPS services in order to detect abuse, security threats, or violations of policy. Monitoring is limited to infrastructure-level protection and does not involve unauthorized access to customer data.

If a VPS service is found to be involved in activities that threaten the stability of the network or violate these guidelines, Angara Host may suspend the service immediately without prior notice.

In severe cases involving abuse, illegal activities, or repeated violations, the VPS service may be permanently terminated and the associated account may be restricted from future service purchases.

Angara Host reserves the right to update these VPS Usage Guidelines as infrastructure requirements, legal regulations, or security standards evolve.

By using a VPS service provided by Angara Host, the customer acknowledges that they understand and accept full responsibility for the proper management and lawful operation of their server environment.

3. Abuse and Illegal Activity

Angara Host maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward abuse and illegal activities conducted through its infrastructure. All customers are required to use Angara Host services in a lawful and responsible manner.

Any activity that violates local laws, international regulations, or widely accepted internet usage policies is strictly prohibited. Customers must ensure that their services are not used to host, distribute, or promote illegal content.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, hosting phishing websites, distributing malware or ransomware, conducting hacking operations, or attempting unauthorized access to systems or networks.

The use of Angara Host services for sending spam emails, operating unsolicited marketing campaigns, or distributing bulk unsolicited messages is strictly forbidden. Spam-related activities can negatively affect network reputation and may result in immediate suspension of services.

Customers are also prohibited from using Angara Host infrastructure to distribute pirated software, copyrighted material without authorization, or illegal media content. Any verified copyright violations may result in service termination.

Hosting or distributing malicious software such as viruses, trojans, spyware, keyloggers, or other harmful programs is strictly prohibited. These activities pose serious security risks to the internet ecosystem.

Services must not be used to operate command-and-control servers for botnets or malware networks. Any infrastructure found supporting such activities will be immediately disabled.

The use of Angara Host services to conduct denial-of-service attacks, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other forms of network disruption is strictly prohibited. Such activities violate international cybersecurity regulations and may result in legal consequences.

Customers must ensure that their hosted content does not promote illegal activities such as fraud, identity theft, financial scams, or the distribution of stolen information.

Angara Host also prohibits the hosting of content that incites violence, supports criminal organizations, or violates internet safety regulations.

If Angara Host receives abuse reports from network providers, security organizations, or law enforcement agencies regarding a customer’s service, the issue will be investigated immediately.

During an abuse investigation, Angara Host may temporarily suspend the service involved in order to prevent further harm to network infrastructure.

Customers will be notified when possible and may be required to provide clarification or corrective action within a specified timeframe.

Failure to resolve abuse complaints may result in permanent termination of services and account suspension.

Angara Host reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in cases involving illegal activities conducted through its infrastructure.

Information related to illegal activity investigations may be shared with appropriate authorities when required by law.

Repeated violations of this Abuse and Illegal Activity policy may result in permanent restriction from using Angara Host services in the future.

Angara Host reserves the right to update this policy at any time in order to comply with evolving cybersecurity standards, legal regulations, and infrastructure protection requirements.

By using any service provided by Angara Host, customers acknowledge that they agree to comply with this Abuse and Illegal Activity policy and accept responsibility for maintaining lawful use of hosting resources.

4. Service Uptime and Liability

Angara Host strives to maintain a highly reliable hosting infrastructure designed to provide stable and consistent service availability. Our systems are built using professional-grade hardware, redundant networking, and modern data center facilities in order to minimize service interruptions.

While Angara Host aims to provide an uptime target of approximately 99.9 percent for most hosting services, uninterrupted or completely error-free service cannot be guaranteed. Hosting infrastructure relies on multiple external factors including network providers, hardware components, power systems, and upstream connectivity.

Occasionally, services may experience downtime due to scheduled maintenance, hardware replacement, network upgrades, security patches, or infrastructure improvements. Planned maintenance activities are necessary to maintain system stability and long-term reliability.

Angara Host will attempt to schedule maintenance during periods of low usage whenever possible in order to minimize service disruption for customers.

Unexpected service interruptions may also occur due to factors outside the direct control of Angara Host. These factors may include upstream network outages, global routing issues, power disruptions at data centers, or failures within third-party infrastructure providers.

Angara Host cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by external service providers, internet backbone failures, data center incidents, or large-scale internet outages.

Customers acknowledge that hosting services operate on complex infrastructure where occasional downtime is unavoidable despite best efforts to maintain stability.

Angara Host shall not be liable for any financial losses, business interruptions, or damages resulting from service downtime, performance fluctuations, or temporary unavailability of hosting services.

This limitation of liability applies to all services provided by Angara Host including shared hosting, game servers, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, cloud services, and networking services.

Customers are responsible for implementing their own redundancy and backup strategies if their applications require continuous uptime or mission-critical availability.

Angara Host recommends that customers regularly maintain external backups of their important data and server configurations. While infrastructure reliability is maintained, customers should not rely solely on the hosting environment for permanent data storage.

Angara Host does not guarantee protection against all types of cyber threats or malicious attacks. While security systems and network protections are implemented, extremely large attacks or sophisticated cyber threats may temporarily affect service availability.

In the event of hardware failure, Angara Host will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible. However, recovery times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of replacement components.

Angara Host reserves the right to temporarily suspend services when necessary to protect the stability of the overall infrastructure. This may occur in situations involving network abuse, excessive resource usage, or security incidents.

Customers acknowledge that service performance may vary depending on server load, shared resource utilization, network conditions, and the configuration of hosted applications.

Angara Host is not responsible for issues caused by customer-installed software, misconfigured applications, or incompatible server environments.

This Service Uptime and Liability policy is intended to clearly define the operational expectations of hosting infrastructure and to protect both the customer and Angara Host from misunderstandings regarding service availability.

Angara Host reserves the right to update this policy as infrastructure technologies evolve or service offerings expand.

By using Angara Host services, customers acknowledge that they understand the inherent risks of internet-based infrastructure and agree to the limitations described in this policy.

5. Account and Data Security

Maintaining the security of customer accounts and hosted data is a shared responsibility between Angara Host and the customer. Angara Host implements infrastructure-level security measures designed to protect servers, networks, and platform systems.

Customers are responsible for securing their own accounts, login credentials, and server environments. This includes maintaining strong passwords, enabling additional security protections when available, and ensuring that access credentials are not shared with unauthorized individuals.

Passwords used for Angara Host accounts should be strong and unique. Weak or reused passwords significantly increase the risk of unauthorized access and account compromise.

Angara Host will never request a customer’s password through email, chat, or unofficial communication channels. Customers should remain cautious of phishing attempts that attempt to impersonate support staff.

If customers suspect that their account credentials have been compromised, they must immediately change their password and notify the Angara Host support team.

Customers are responsible for managing the security of any applications, scripts, or software installed on their hosting services. Vulnerable software may create security risks that could allow unauthorized access to the server.

Regular software updates, security patches, and system monitoring are essential for maintaining a secure hosting environment.

Angara Host is not responsible for security breaches that occur due to outdated software, insecure scripts, or misconfigured server environments managed by the customer.

Customers should avoid installing untrusted applications or software from unknown sources on their servers. Malicious programs can compromise server security and affect other systems connected to the network.

If a server becomes compromised or is used to distribute malicious content, Angara Host reserves the right to suspend the service temporarily in order to prevent further damage or abuse.

Customers may also be required to clean or rebuild compromised servers before services are restored.

Angara Host does not guarantee protection against every possible security threat. Cybersecurity threats evolve continuously, and maintaining system security requires ongoing effort from both infrastructure providers and users.

Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain secure backups of their data stored in external locations. Backups provide an additional layer of protection in case of accidental deletion, server compromise, or hardware failure.

Angara Host is not responsible for data loss resulting from customer actions, compromised accounts, malware infections, or application errors.

Account owners are responsible for any activity conducted through their account, including actions performed by administrators, developers, or third parties who have been granted access.

Customers should review account activity regularly and remove access permissions from individuals who no longer require administrative privileges.

Angara Host may implement security monitoring systems in order to detect unusual behavior, network threats, or potential attacks targeting the hosting infrastructure.

These security measures are designed to protect the stability of the platform and ensure a safe environment for all customers.

Angara Host reserves the right to update security policies as new cybersecurity threats emerge or infrastructure security standards evolve.

By using Angara Host services, customers acknowledge their responsibility to maintain proper security practices and agree to cooperate in maintaining a safe hosting environment.

6. Service Termination

Angara Host reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any service or customer account if violations of our Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or other operational policies are detected.

Termination of services may occur when a customer engages in activities that threaten the stability, security, or integrity of the Angara Host infrastructure. This includes actions such as resource abuse, illegal activities, repeated policy violations, or misuse of hosting services.

Services may also be terminated if the customer fails to comply with payment obligations. If invoices remain unpaid beyond the allowed grace period, Angara Host reserves the right to suspend the associated services until payment is received.

Customers who repeatedly fail to renew their services on time may experience automatic suspension of their hosting environment. Suspended services may eventually be removed if payment is not received within the specified retention period.

Angara Host may terminate services if the hosting infrastructure is used in a manner that negatively impacts other customers. Excessive resource consumption, network abuse, or intentional disruption of shared infrastructure may lead to service termination.

Services may also be terminated if the customer is found to be involved in fraudulent activities, payment fraud, or unauthorized transactions related to hosting services.

Accounts associated with the distribution of malware, phishing websites, botnet operations, or cyberattacks may be terminated immediately without prior warning. Such actions pose significant risks to network security and must be addressed quickly.

Angara Host reserves the right to terminate services if a customer spreads false allegations, misleading statements, or defamatory content intended to damage the reputation of the company.

If a user intentionally creates fake social media content, publishes fabricated accusations, or attempts to harm the company’s reputation through misinformation, their services may be suspended or permanently terminated.

In cases involving reputational damage or malicious defamation, Angara Host may also pursue appropriate legal action against the responsible individual or organization.

Termination may occur with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. In situations involving security threats or illegal activity, immediate action may be necessary to protect infrastructure and other users.

When possible, Angara Host may provide a warning or request corrective action before terminating a service. However, this is not guaranteed in cases where immediate action is required.

Customers whose services have been terminated due to policy violations may lose access to their servers, hosted applications, and stored data.

Angara Host is not obligated to provide backups or data recovery for services that have been terminated due to policy violations or illegal activities.

If an account is permanently terminated, the user may also be restricted from creating new accounts or purchasing services in the future.

Angara Host reserves the right to maintain records of terminated accounts in order to prevent future abuse or fraudulent activity.

Customers are encouraged to maintain respectful and responsible use of hosting resources in order to avoid service interruptions or account termination.

This policy exists to protect the stability, security, and fairness of the hosting platform for all customers using Angara Host infrastructure.

By purchasing or using any service from Angara Host, the customer agrees that their services may be suspended or terminated if violations of these policies occur.

7. Policy Updates

Angara Host reserves the right to modify, update, or revise any part of its Terms and Conditions, policies, or service agreements at any time. These updates may occur as a result of changes in infrastructure operations, legal requirements, industry standards, or service offerings.

Policies may be updated periodically in order to maintain compliance with evolving internet regulations, cybersecurity standards, and hosting industry practices.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the Terms and Conditions and related policies available on the Angara Host website.

Whenever significant policy changes are implemented, Angara Host may attempt to notify customers through official communication channels such as email notifications, announcements in the client dashboard, or updates on the company website.

However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to remain informed about current policies and service conditions.

Continued use of any Angara Host service after a policy update indicates that the customer accepts and agrees to the revised terms.

If a customer does not agree with the updated policies, they must discontinue using the service and cancel their hosting account before the updated policies take effect.

Policy updates may include modifications related to service availability, billing procedures, infrastructure limitations, acceptable use rules, or legal compliance requirements.

Angara Host may also update policies to address new cybersecurity threats, network abuse patterns, or technological advancements within the hosting industry.

In certain situations, immediate policy updates may be required to protect the security and stability of the hosting environment.

Angara Host reserves the right to enforce updated policies immediately when necessary to prevent abuse or infrastructure damage.

Customers who continue to use services after policy changes are published will be considered to have accepted the updated policies regardless of whether they have reviewed the updated document.

Angara Host encourages customers to periodically review all service policies to ensure they remain informed about operational requirements and usage guidelines.

Updates to policies will not affect previously completed transactions or billing records unless explicitly stated.

Policy updates are intended to ensure transparency, maintain service reliability, and provide a secure hosting environment for all users.

By continuing to access or use Angara Host services, customers acknowledge that policies may evolve over time and agree to comply with the most current version of all company policies.

Angara Host remains committed to maintaining clear, transparent, and fair policies that support both infrastructure stability and customer trust.

8. Budget Servers and Budget VPS

Angara Host offers Budget Servers and Budget VPS plans as affordable hosting solutions designed primarily for testing environments, development purposes, learning projects, and non-critical workloads. These plans are provided at reduced pricing in order to make hosting infrastructure accessible to a wider range of users.

Due to the lower cost structure of these plans, Budget Servers and Budget VPS services may operate on shared hardware environments where system resources such as CPU power, memory allocation, storage performance, and network throughput are distributed among multiple users.

Customers should understand that resource availability on budget plans may fluctuate depending on overall system demand and infrastructure usage. Performance variations may occur during periods of high server activity or heavy load from other users sharing the same environment.

Budget hosting plans are not intended for mission-critical production environments that require consistent performance guarantees. Customers running business-critical applications or high-traffic platforms are strongly encouraged to consider higher-tier hosting plans that provide dedicated resources or guaranteed performance levels.

Angara Host does not guarantee constant CPU performance, disk input/output speed, or network bandwidth stability for budget-tier services. These services are provided on a best-effort basis and may experience occasional performance fluctuations.

Customers must ensure that the applications and services they deploy on Budget Servers or Budget VPS instances are suitable for environments where resource availability may vary.

Angara Host reserves the right to implement resource limitations, throttling mechanisms, or service adjustments if a budget plan consumes excessive resources that negatively affect the stability of the underlying infrastructure.

Activities that generate abnormal CPU usage, excessive disk activity, or continuous high network traffic may be restricted in order to maintain fair resource distribution among all users.

Budget hosting services may also experience longer maintenance windows or slower hardware replacement times compared to premium infrastructure services.

Customers acknowledge that the pricing of Budget Servers and Budget VPS plans reflects the nature of the service and the limitations associated with shared infrastructure environments.

Angara Host will make reasonable efforts to maintain stable infrastructure even for budget services; however, performance guarantees, dedicated resource allocation, or enterprise-level service assurances are not included with these plans.

Support services for budget plans may also be limited compared to premium hosting packages. Priority technical assistance may be reserved for higher-tier service plans.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their workloads are appropriate for the selected hosting plan and that resource usage remains within acceptable limits.

Angara Host reserves the right to suspend or adjust services if budget infrastructure is abused or used in a manner that disrupts other customers sharing the same environment.

This policy ensures that budget services remain affordable while maintaining fair usage and infrastructure stability across the platform.

By purchasing or using Budget Servers or Budget VPS services from Angara Host, customers acknowledge the limitations of these plans and agree to operate their services within the intended usage guidelines.

9. Giveaways and Free Services

From time to time, Angara Host may offer free hosting services, promotional giveaways, trial servers, or other complimentary infrastructure resources as part of marketing campaigns, community engagement initiatives, or limited promotional events.

These services are provided without charge and are intended primarily for testing, experimentation, or introductory use of the Angara Host platform.

Because giveaway services are offered at no cost, they do not include guarantees of uptime, performance, reliability, or long-term service availability.

Free hosting services may be hosted on shared infrastructure environments that prioritize paid services. As a result, performance levels may vary depending on system load and available resources.

Customers using giveaway services should understand that these services may be suspended, modified, or permanently removed at any time without prior notice.

Angara Host reserves the right to discontinue any promotional or giveaway service if infrastructure resources are required for operational purposes or if the promotion period has ended.

Users should not store critical, important, or irreplaceable data on giveaway hosting services. Since these services are temporary in nature, data stored on such servers may be deleted without warning.

Technical support for giveaway services may be limited or unavailable depending on the specific promotion under which the service was provided.

Angara Host may prioritize support resources for customers who are using paid services rather than promotional or free hosting plans.

Users receiving giveaway services must still comply with all Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policies, and operational guidelines established by Angara Host.

Any misuse of free services, including running abusive applications, distributing malicious content, or attempting to exploit infrastructure resources, may result in immediate suspension or termination of the giveaway service.

Customers who violate policies while using free hosting services may also have their main account restricted from future participation in promotional offers.

Angara Host reserves the right to limit the number of free services allocated to a single user or account in order to prevent abuse of promotional programs.

Giveaway services may also have additional restrictions related to resource usage, uptime availability, storage capacity, or network access.

Participation in any promotional hosting program does not guarantee future access to free infrastructure resources.

Angara Host may modify the conditions of promotional programs or discontinue them entirely without prior notification.

By using giveaway or free hosting services provided by Angara Host, users acknowledge that these services are provided without guarantees and accept the risks associated with temporary infrastructure environments.

10. Service Renewal and Data Retention

All services provided by Angara Host operate on a billing cycle that requires timely renewal in order to maintain uninterrupted service availability. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their services are renewed before the expiration date displayed in the billing panel or client dashboard.

Invoices for service renewals are typically generated in advance of the service expiration date. Customers are encouraged to review their billing dashboard regularly and ensure that payments are completed before the due date to prevent service interruptions.

If a service is not renewed before the billing due date, the service may automatically enter a suspended state. During suspension, the hosted service may become inaccessible, including websites, game servers, applications, or other resources associated with the service.

While a service is suspended due to non-payment, the data associated with the service may remain temporarily stored on the server for a limited grace period. This grace period is provided as an opportunity for the customer to renew the service and restore full access.

Angara Host provides a maximum data retention period of seven (7) days after a service has been suspended due to non-renewal. During this seven-day period, the customer may still renew the service through the client dashboard in order to reactivate the hosting environment.

Once payment is successfully completed within the retention period, the service may be restored and the associated data may remain available depending on the system state at the time of renewal.

If the service is not renewed within the seven-day retention window, Angara Host reserves the right to permanently terminate the service. This may include deletion of all server files, databases, configurations, backups, and other data stored within the hosting environment.

After permanent deletion occurs, the data associated with the service cannot be recovered. Customers should not assume that Angara Host will retain backups or restore deleted services after the retention period has expired.

Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain their own offsite backups of important data at all times. Reliance solely on the hosting infrastructure for long-term data storage may lead to irreversible data loss if services are not renewed.

Angara Host is not responsible for data loss that occurs as a result of service expiration, non-renewal, or customer failure to complete payment before the retention period ends.

In some cases, Angara Host may reclaim server resources, IP addresses, or storage allocations immediately after a service expires in order to maintain infrastructure availability for other customers.

Customers who frequently allow services to expire without renewal may have their account flagged for billing abuse or unreliable service usage.

Angara Host reserves the right to refuse restoration of services if repeated non-payment or abandoned services create operational issues within the hosting environment.

Certain services such as domain registrations, dedicated IP allocations, and custom infrastructure deployments may have separate expiration and recovery policies depending on upstream provider requirements.

Angara Host will attempt to provide automated reminders regarding upcoming renewals through email notifications or client dashboard alerts. However, it remains the responsibility of the customer to track their service expiration dates.

Failure to receive a billing reminder does not exempt the customer from the responsibility of renewing their service on time.

Customers who no longer wish to continue using their services should cancel them before the renewal date in order to avoid unnecessary billing or automatic suspension.

This Service Renewal and Data Retention policy exists to ensure efficient resource management and to maintain fair access to infrastructure resources for all customers.

By purchasing or using services provided by Angara Host, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with the renewal deadlines and data retention policies described in this section.

11. Defamation and False Allegations

Angara Host maintains a strict policy against defamation, false accusations, and the intentional spread of misleading information regarding the company, its services, or its representatives. Customers and users are expected to communicate responsibly and avoid publishing statements that may harm the reputation of the company through false or unverified claims.

Defamation refers to the act of making false statements about an individual or organization that damage their reputation. This may include publishing misleading claims, fabricated allegations, or inaccurate information regarding the services, staff members, infrastructure, or operational practices of Angara Host.

Customers must not create or distribute false content about Angara Host across public platforms including social media networks, discussion forums, messaging communities, websites, or video platforms. Any intentionally misleading statements that aim to damage the reputation of the company may be considered a violation of this policy.

This policy also applies to the creation of fake screenshots, edited messages, manipulated billing records, or fabricated conversations intended to misrepresent the operations of Angara Host.

Users must not attempt to falsely accuse Angara Host of fraudulent activities, scams, service manipulation, or other misconduct without verifiable evidence. Public accusations made without proper proof may be considered defamatory.

Angara Host encourages customers to report genuine concerns or service issues through official support channels rather than spreading complaints publicly without verification. Most disputes or misunderstandings can be resolved through direct communication with the support team.

If a customer is found intentionally spreading false information about Angara Host, the company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the services associated with the responsible account.

Service suspension may occur while an investigation is conducted to determine whether the statements made were intentionally misleading or harmful to the company’s reputation.

If the actions are determined to be malicious or intentionally defamatory, Angara Host may permanently terminate the customer’s services and restrict the user from accessing the platform in the future.

In situations where defamation causes reputational damage, financial loss, or disruption to the company’s operations, Angara Host reserves the right to pursue legal action against the individual or organization responsible for the false claims.

Legal actions may include requesting removal of defamatory content, filing formal complaints with platform administrators, or initiating legal proceedings where applicable.

Customers should understand that freedom of expression does not permit the spread of knowingly false information that damages the reputation of a business or organization.

This policy does not restrict customers from providing honest feedback or legitimate criticism regarding services. However, such feedback must be truthful, fair, and based on actual experiences rather than fabricated claims.

Customers are encouraged to communicate responsibly and respectfully when discussing hosting services, infrastructure performance, or customer support experiences.

Angara Host values transparency and constructive feedback and remains committed to resolving legitimate issues reported by customers through proper support channels.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of the company, maintain trust within the customer community, and prevent the spread of misinformation that may harm both customers and the organization.

Angara Host reserves the right to update this Defamation and False Allegations policy in order to reflect evolving legal standards and online communication practices.

By using any services provided by Angara Host, customers acknowledge that they understand this policy and agree not to engage in defamatory or misleading behavior toward the company or its representatives.
